Canadian artist Li-Hill, currently based-in Brooklyn, paints large-scale ghostly murals depicting angels, humans and animals in the fighting mode, creating surreal and chaotic scenes. The selected pieces below are beautifully rendered in ethereal images, and seemingly shrouded with mysticism and magic.
However, Li-Hill’s artwork is far from mythical narrative. It portrays a commentary on the “rapid development in our modern age” along with its capitalist culture affecting the individual psyche.

Artist Bio:
Li-Hill is a Canadian visual artist currently based out of Brooklyn, who employs painting, illustration, stenciling, and sculptural elements within his works. With a background in graffiti and mural painting and a degree in Fine Arts, his works range from smaller multiples to enormous murals that explore industrialization, scientific breakthrough, man versus nature and information saturation.
