The beauty of ‘Plastic Trash Art’ by Daniel Lanzilotta — stunningly unique, decorative sculptures
Daniel Lanzilotta, an environmental artist who calls himself “Plastician,” transforms waste products, predominantly plastic, into something amazingly gorgeous. For almost two decades, Lanzilotta, who grew up in Bronx, New York and currently lives in France, collects plastic debris from landfills, oceans and beaches. And with his artistic talent and creative imagination, he creates “Plastic Trash Art” bursting with various colors, shapes and sizes. The featured pieces below are simple, abstract and beautiful, artistically arranged and designed into unique, decorative sculptures. He says, “I repurpose insignificant items and give them a new purpose. Significance. Beauty. A new vision.”
Enjoy!
