Her secret of longevity?

It’s amazingly simple, and all of us can probably do it.

The Japanese native told The Telegraph her secret as “Eat and sleep and you will live a long time. You have to learn to relax.”

This simple secret has been keeping her healthy with no major illness in her life. Plus, her favorite meal is sushi — a healthy fresh food.

Yeah, we have to eat, sleep and beat the relentless daily grinding stress in our lives. We have to relax!
